Terms and Conditions of Sale
The purchase assumes full acceptance of the following conditions of sale:
Prices

Prices, discounts and technical characteristics of the items may vary even without notice due to changes in our suppliers\' price lists or currency changes, it is therefore the user\'s responsibility to keep up to date on them by consulting the pages of the sitefabiocammarata.it. Purchases of products, available as illustrated and described online in the relevant descriptive sheets, are made by the Customer at the price indicated therein, to be confirmed at the time of sending the order confirmation, in addition to transport costs, and in any case displayed at deed of purchase.
Billing and Shipping Address
The customer will receive an invoice on the goods purchased, and is required to indicate completely and correctly all the details (VAT number or Tax Code, Complete Registry) for billing, in the form during the purchase phase. The invoice is issued at the time of payment by the Customer.
Sales of products made through the internet are similar to mail order sales and, therefore, the provision contained in art. 2, letter oo), of the DPR 21.12.1996, n. 696, which provides for the exemption from the obligation to issue a receipt or tax receipt.
The customer can ask when ordering that the product be sent to an address other than that indicated on the invoice.
Product availability
Each jewel published on the sitefabiocammarata.itit is made entirely by hand and on request. For this reason, delivery times can vary from 15 to 30 days. Despite this, the availability of products cannot always be guaranteed.
Receipt of orders
All orders must be sent directly from the site.

Orders can be accepted in the following way: through the guided system of the sitefabiocammarata.it, the customer who placed the order via the Internet, will receive at the end of the purchase procedure, a communication confirming the order by e-mail (E-mail), with the indication of the relative order number.
